Exceptional
I really enjoyed staying at this hotel - perfect location and great rooms. You have pretty much everything within walking distance. Above all, I loved the service here. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything, from booking trips outside Hanoi to giving recommendations on what to do in Hanoi. The best hospitality I experienced during my time in Vietnam. I'd recommend this hotel anytime to anyone visiting Hanoi. Thank you, Jay, and the rest of the team for your kindness.

Good location, close to attractions, excellent and kind staff.
The location was close to all attractions and great food options. The room option was really good for a family. Staff were exceptional, right from placing the booking. Staying on upper floors have more windows. Note - the hotel name changed to Hanoi centre silk premium.
On the lower floors you don’t get a window in the second room. Not a complaint just good to know as we needed a window and were kindly accommodated.

Wonderful hospitality as well as hygiene. such a comfortable bed
We had a last min booking when we came in yet The hospitality was just amazing! We came in with a warm welcome. They were so honest about one of the two rooms not being ready yet so they upgraded one to a beautiful room with a balcony. So spacious and so neat. The bed was so comfortable soft, as well as the pillows you had two one of them was soft and the other little more firm. The first night the sheets over the bed was a little bit moist, maybe not dried properly but they listen to my request for a change of sheet, and they were so apologetic and made it happen so fast. They are truly so kind and so helpful either way everything. From wanting a scale to buying suger for my tea. It was a wonderful stay. The location is perfect, close to everything on walking distance. They gave us fresh fruit as well to take back to the room, it was just so sweet. Thank you soo much!
